願いの通り御役を免除され、跡の御役として杉田五郎兵衛組に移った事
一 同五年（申年）閏七月、願いの通り息子の造酒が御番代を仰せ付けられた事
一 明和元年（申年）正月六日、七十歳にて病死、法名春甲院寿慶了信居士、導師・葬所は同上
