一 寛文三年卯年十二月、新田地六十二石五斗の御切符を御扶持方草高に御直し三十七石五斗、都合百石の御知行を下賜されることとなった
一 同十二年子年九月、小川庄地蔵堂原の堰普請御用等を勤めたことにより、御褒美として銀二枚を下賜されることとなった
一 貞享三年寅年七月十八日、六十六歳にて病死、法名永流院一嶋宗外居士、葬所

One: On July 18th of Jokyo 3rd year, Year of the Tiger, he died of illness at age 66, Buddhist name Eiryuin Ichishima Sougai Koji, burial place
