事
一 同九《割書：辰》年三月数年精を出宜相勤候ニ
付御知行之儀者重キ事候得共忰御擬
作を私御擬作ニ御結御知行百石ニ御直被下候
御知行ニ御直被下候儀は容易ニ不被
仰付儀候得共左一兵衛も宜相勤候ニ付旁
以右之通被 仰付候旨被 仰出候事

一 同七年（寅年）三月、御加増三石を下し置かれた事
一 同九年（辰年）三月、数年精を出してよく相勤めたので、御知行の儀は重要な事であるが、息子の御擬作を私の御擬作に御結びして、御知行百石に御直しを下された。御知行に御直しを下される儀は容易には仰せ付けられない儀であるが、左一兵衛もよく相勤めているので、両方の理由でこの通り仰せ付けられた旨を仰せ出された事
一 同十年（巳年）六月、郡方での鍛練をよく相勤めたので、格式の儀は重要な事であるが、御情けによって席を検地

役人竿頭の次に仰せ付けられた事
一 同十二年（未年）二月、病気のため願い出て御役を御免になり下され、御用の筋を内証で息子左一兵衛へ指南し、相勤めるようにした。まだ七十歳に及ばないので隠居は仰せ付けられず、息子左一兵衛が御番代の形で相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同十三年（申年）八月、渋谷良哲跡屋敷を下し置かれた事
一 同十四年（酉年）五月、郡奉行として内願により隠居
