【右丁】    役を勤める間、年々金十五両ずつ下し置かれる旨を仰せ出され、もっとも同心料二人分も下し置かれた事 一 同年十二月、元締方をよく勘弁して取り行ったので、御入用は多いけれども、特に滞ることもなくよく勤めている段を仰せ出された事 一 同十四(酉)年二月、御用のため江戸表へ上った事 一 同年三月、御内証方の差繰勘弁を昼夜粉骨を尽くしてよく勤めたので、御褒美として金二十両を下し置かれた事 【左丁】 一 同年五月、親の権内義が年来実体によく勤めており、この度奉行らの内願により隠居を仰せ付けられ、家督御知行百石を相違なく下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された事 一 同年六月、御用のため上方へ上った    ただし御用があったので新潟へ立ち寄り、中仙道を通って上った事 一 同年閏九月、この度の京大坂御用を特によく勤めて下り、もっともかねてよりよく勤めているので、御紋の御小袖を下し置かれ、この度上京し内(以下続く)
