宜致方之段被 仰出候事
一 同月品々就御用江戸表へ罷登候事
一 同十七子年閏五月元〆方廻米方
御用ニ付京都へ罷登候事

度々往来内証費も可有之候依之金子

適切に勤めを果たし、その上上方（京都・大坂）と江戸とを
度々往来し内証の費用もかかるであろうことから、金子
十両を下し置かれたこと
一 同年十月、芝御屋敷の御普請について
御損益の筋を適切に取り行った旨を
