致見聞心付候儀者元〆役へ可申談候依之
席金山奉行之上ニ被 仰付年々
金拾両宛被下置之旨被 仰出候事
一 同年二月御所務方存寄之儀
就御尋会津古法之形元禄二巳年
以来御収納方品御取行之次第委細
紙面を以申上候処則存寄之通被
仰付亥年ゟ丑年之暮迄三ヶ年会
津古法ニ準田畑同免米金等分取之
法御取行被成候尤右御収納方取行之

元〆方勤御免被成下度段奉願候処

元〆方勤共ニ御免被成外様組付被
仰付四年以来昼夜骨折精を出相
勤候ニ付為御褒美銀五枚被下置候
但日向源右衛門組ニ入 御城御番相勤候

【右丁】
見聞して気付いた事柄は元〆役へ申し談じるべきである。これにより
席次は金山奉行の上に仰せ付けられ、年々
金十両ずつ下し置かれる旨を仰せ出されたこと
一 同年二月、御所務方の存じ寄りの儀について
お尋ねがあったため、会津古法の形である元禄二年巳年
以来の御収納方の品々、御取り行いの次第を詳細に
書面をもって申し上げたところ、すなわち存じ寄りの通りに
仰せ付けられ、亥年から丑年の暮れまで三ヶ年、会
津古法に準じて田畑同免、米金等分取りの
法を御取り行いになった。もっとも右の御収納方取り行いの

儀を司って相勤めるべき旨を仰せ出されたこと
一 同七年（丑年）七月、痛む所があったため、郡方
元〆方勤めを御免いただきたい段をお願いしたところ
保養をしながら相勤めるよう仰せ聞かされたこと
一 同八年（寅年）三月、願いの通り郡奉行添役ならびに
元〆方勤めともに御免となり、外様組付を
仰せ付けられた。四年以来昼夜骨折り精を出して相
勤めたことにより、御褒美として銀五枚を下し置かれた
ただし日向源右衛門組に入り、御城御番を相勤めること

One: In the seventh month of the same 7th year (Year of the Ox), due to having painful ailments,
he petitioned to be exempted from district administration and chief clerk duties,
whereupon he was told to continue serving while taking care of his health.
One: In the third month of the same 8th year (Year of the Tiger), as petitioned, both the assistant district magistrate and
chief clerk duties were exempted, and he was appointed to an external retainer group.
Since he had worked diligently day and night with great effort for four years,
as a reward he was granted five pieces of silver.
