一 安永三年三月、親の願いの通り初めての御目見えを仰せ付けられた件
一 寛政四年六月、芝御屋敷学館の締め方を仰せ付けられた
ただし、これに関して講所料の内から費用補填のため無利子で年々金一両ずつ下賜された件

一 寛政五年正月、家督として御知行百五十石を相違なく下賜され、会津勝手御家老付の外様士を仰せ付けられた
ただし江戸表で学館締め方を務められる者がおらず差し支えるため、適任者が見つかるまで江戸表に置かれ、学館締め方および句読師を兼ねて本務の御番方も務めるよう仰せ付けられ、三番組に入り御番方を務めた件

- An'ei 3rd year (1774), 3rd month: As requested by his father, he was granted his first formal audience (with the lord).
- Kansei 4th year (1792), 6th month: He was appointed as administrator of the domain school at the Shiba residence.
However, regarding this appointment, he was granted one ryō of gold annually without interest from the lecture hall funds as expense supplement.

- Kansei 5th year (1793), 1st month: He inherited the family headship with a stipend of 150 koku without change, and was appointed as an outside retainer attached to the Aizu financial magistrate.
However, since there was no one available to serve as school administrator at the Edo office, causing difficulties, he was stationed in Edo until a suitable person could be found, ordered to serve concurrently as school administrator and reading instructor along with his main duty of guard service, and entered the third unit to perform guard duties.
