右者私母ニ紛無御座候此度縁者
江戸深川奥川町清水屋善之助方江
差遣申度候ニ付靏瀬 御関所通
御証文奉願候処 御聞届被成下則
御証文被下置難有慥請取申上候
此女ニ付以来如何様成六ヶ鋪儀出来仕候共
何方迄茂罷出急度埒明懸御苦労
申間鋪候為後日証文仍如件

証文を差し上げる件について
女性 一人
右の者は私の母に間違いございません。この度、縁者である江戸深川奥川町の清水屋善之助方へ送りたく存じますので、鶴瀬の関所通行のための証文をお願い申し上げましたところ、お聞き届けいただき、証文を下賜いただき、ありがたく確かに受け取らせていただきました。この女性について、今後いかなる面倒な事件が起こりましても、どこまでも出向いて必ず解決し、ご迷惑をおかけすることはございません。後日のための証文として、以上の通りです。

Regarding the Submission of a Certificate
One woman
The aforementioned person is undoubtedly my mother. On this occasion, I wish to send her to my relative at Shimizuya Zennosuke's place in Okukawa-cho, Fukagawa, Edo. I petitioned for a certificate for passage through the Tsurase checkpoint, which was graciously approved, and I have gratefully and certainly received the certificate that was bestowed upon me. Regarding this woman, should any troublesome matters arise in the future, I will go anywhere necessary to resolve them promptly and will not cause any inconvenience to the authorities. This certificate is for future reference, as stated above.
