儀ニ付極内之御相談申入度致参上候於一社は御奉行所ゟ之被仰渡を
相待申候得共若哉御伝奏ゟ之被仰渡之趣御届申上可然哉と申入処
答ニ御所ニ而被仰渡之趣被届可然其上ニ而御役所ゟ被仰渡候儀ニ候
先格は如何可有之候共当時之振合ニ而候於社中差支さへ無之候ハヽ

現代語訳
すると追って入江吉兵衛、真野八郎兵衛が出てきて面会し、昨日御伝奏から仰せ渡された
儀について極内の御相談を申し入れたく参上したと述べた。一社では御奉行所からの仰せ渡しを
待っているが、もしかすると御伝奏からの仰せ渡しの趣を御届け申し上げるのが然るべきかと申し入れたところ、
答えとして、御所にて仰せ渡された趣を届け出るのが然るべきで、その上で御役所から仰せ渡される儀である。
先格はいかがであろうとも、当時の振り合いであり、社中において差し支えさえなければ
届け出るのが然るべき旨を申されたので、何も一社で差し支えることはない。それならば一統へ申し聞かせ、
後刻御届け申し上げる旨を申し入れたとのこと。担当者名前は以下の通り。

評議では、御伝奏の儀もあるので、まず御伝奏へ右の趣を申し上げ、それから御奉行
所へ御届けするのが然るべき旨にて、御届け書草案が出来上がり執筆へ付された。
一、未刻過ぎに総代和平、史顕が出頭した。趣旨は小寄会で決定した通り、御奉行所へ
御届けの儀を御伝奏へ御届けし、それから御奉行所へ出頭することで、酉刻過ぎに帰郷した。演説では、御
伝奏へ参上したところ大膳が出てきたので、今朝仰せ渡しについて武辺から申し渡された上で掛け合うべき
旨仰せられたとのこと。しかるところ御役所には仰せ渡しが届け出られた上で申し渡される様子に聞こえるので、
今日届け出る積もりであるから御届け申し上げる旨を申し入れたところ、御承知くださったので勝手に
届け出るべき旨により、西御役所へ出向き担当者へ申し込んだところ、前田忠次郎が出てきて書付を
受け取ったとのこと。届け書の控えは以下の通り。

復の事が仰せ出されました。なお御奉行所から仰せ渡される旨が

Then subsequently Irie Kichibei and Mano Hachirobei appeared and met with them, stating that they had come to present a highly confidential consultation regarding
the matter instructed yesterday by the Transmitting Chamberlain. At the shrine, they were waiting for instructions from the Magistrate's Office,
but perhaps it would be appropriate to report the content of the instructions from the Transmitting Chamberlain. When this was proposed,
the answer was that it would be appropriate to report what was instructed at the Imperial Palace, and then instructions would be given from the government office.
Regardless of what the precedent might be, given the current circumstances, as long as there are no obstacles within the shrine community,
it would be appropriate to report. Since there are no obstacles for the shrine, they would inform everyone

In deliberation, since there was also the matter of the Transmitting Chamberlain, first the above matter should be reported to the Transmitting Chamberlain, then
reported to the Magistrate's Office. A draft of the notification document was completed and given to the scribe.
1. After the Sheep hour, representatives Wahei and Shigen appeared. The purpose was, as decided in the small assembly, to report to the Magistrate's Office
by first notifying the Transmitting Chamberlain about the notification matter, then appearing at the Magistrate's Office. They returned home after the Rooster hour. In the report,
when they went to the Transmitting Chamberlain, Daizen appeared and said that regarding this morning's instructions, consultation should occur after notification from the military authorities.
However, it seemed that at the government office, instructions would be given after the directive was reported, so
since they intended to report today, they stated they would make the notification. When this was acknowledged, they were told to
report at their discretion, so they went to the West Government Office and applied to the person in charge, whereupon Maeda Tadajiro appeared and

Notification Submission Statement
Last night at the shrine, Transmitting Chamberlain Lord Kushige Dainagon issued instructions regarding
the reconstruction and restoration of this shrine and its temple buildings. Furthermore, it was
