西御役所へ出頭掛り之衆へ申込候処正午刻真野八郎兵衛出逢賀茂下上
惣代供僧惣代等可通旨案内衆別御座敷へ罷通ル尤下鴨惣代も
同座追付信濃守殿御対顔被仰渡候は当社造替并御修復等之儀
願之通被仰出当書付を以被仰渡候由ニ而右書付入江吉兵衛両社惣代へ
被渡之仍拝見之上御礼申上退右御書付如左《割書：但切帋》

申し渡すことがあるので、明日九日五つ時に信濃守御役所へお越しください。
もっとも供僧中も一緒にお出でになるよう、各位からお申し伝えください。以上

一、卯刻過ぎに惣代神主博文、雑掌季栄が出頭した。趣旨は昨夜西御役所からの召しによるものである。
寺家惣代千手院豊光院にも出頭し、酉刻頃に帰郷した上で演説を行った。正辰刻に
西御役所へ出頭し担当の衆に申し込んだところ、正午刻に真野八郎兵衛と出会い、賀茂下上
惣代供僧惣代等が通るべき旨を案内され、衆別御座敷へ通った。もっとも下鴨惣代も
同座した。追って信濃守殿との御対面があり、仰せ渡されたのは「当社造替並びに御修復等の件について
願いの通り仰せ出され、当書付を以て仰せ渡す」由にて、右書付を入江吉兵衛が両社惣代へ
渡された。よって拝見の上御礼申し上げ退出した。右御書付は以下の通り《割書：但し切紙》
上賀茂貴布祢社堂舎御造替
御修復並びに神宝仏器社家供僧
着用類等修補新調共に仕様
帳面の通り
仰せ付けられ、正遷座等かつ社中引請
相願い候分は御銀下され、並びに雑用

Also, please ensure that the temple monks accompany you, and each of you should convey this message. Above

1. After the hour of Rabbit, representatives Head Priest Hakubun and Deputy Kiei appeared. The purpose was due to a summons from the Western Government Office last night.
Temple representatives Senjuin and Hokoin also appeared, returning home around the hour of Rooster and giving a speech. At exactly the hour of Dragon,
they appeared at the Western Government Office and made their request to the officials in charge. At noon they met Mano Hachirobei, and were guided that the Kamo Upper and Lower representatives and temple monk representatives should proceed, and they went through to the special reception room. The Shimogamo representatives also
took the same seats. Subsequently, there was an audience with Lord Shinano-no-kami, who conveyed: "Regarding the reconstruction and restoration of this shrine,
it has been ordered as requested, and this is conveyed through this document." The aforementioned document was given by Irie Kichibei to both shrine representatives.

Kamigamo Kifune Shrine building reconstruction
Restoration as well as sacred treasures, Buddhist implements, shrine family and temple monks'
vestments and other items, both repairs and new construction, according to
the specifications in the
ledger, it is hereby ordered. Regarding formal relocations and shrine community undertakings,
for matters requested, silver will be provided, and for miscellaneous expenses,
silver will be provided at a thirty percent reduction,
so understand this accordingly.
