本宮立柱之節御奉行并御役人中御着座之儀先格御藉
屋白幕引軾或薄縁等相設申候今度之儀も右之通
相設可申与奉存候先刻右御着座所祝詞屋ニ相設候
儀奈何御尋之儀も御座候得共常々は不及申御普請中
ニ而も御着座は勿論御神拝等之儀も先格無御座難相

次に外陣の夕神饌を供える時に、伶人が音楽を奏する。

口上の覚え
本宮立柱の節、御奉行並びに御役人中の御着座の儀について、先例では御籍屋に白幕を引き、軾あるいは薄縁等を相設け申し候。今度の儀も右の通り相設け申すべきと存じ奉り候。先刻、右御着座所を祝詞屋に相設け候儀について如何との御尋ねの儀も御座候得ども、常々は申すに及ばず、御普請中においても御着座は勿論、御神拝等の儀も先例が御座なく、設け難い場所に御座候。一統御籍屋に相設け候御儀に御座候得ば、此度も右の通り仕りたく存じ奉り候。よってこの段申し上げ候。以上

本宮御神服御裁縫初め 神主博久（狩衣）神服奉行四人とも（浄衣指貫）御服所別当好季（代）季寛所司（代）保博目代（代）兼堅御服上臈氏雄（代）娘みち女史顕（代兼康妻いさ女）成永（代姉みを女）建清（代縄季妹みち女）定顕（代母みを女）外に神主室（代娘民女）もっとも式献等当宮権殿分御神服御裁縫初めに同じ右一通御裁祝まで相済み、その後改めて貴布祢権殿分御裁縫初めこれ有り、もっとも式献始めの如し。その後御服御袷等を裁ちこれ畢りて、また御裁祝を頂戴畢りて御袷等縫い初めの儀。もっとも本宮の御裁初めは夏御袍と冬の御直衣とを裁つなり。

Memorandum of oral statement
Regarding the seating arrangements for the magistrate and officials during the main shrine's pillar-raising ceremony, according to precedent, white curtains are hung in the record hall with armrests or thin mats set up. For this occasion as well, we humbly believe the same arrangements should be made. Earlier, there was an inquiry about setting up the aforementioned seating area in the prayer hall, but ordinarily, not to mention during construction work, there is no precedent for seating arrangements or divine worship ceremonies in such a difficult location to set up. Since it is customary to set everything up uniformly in the record hall, we humbly wish to proceed in the same manner this time as well. Therefore, we submit this matter. The above.

One item: What was held at the head priest's residence was as follows:
Initial sewing of the main shrine's divine vestments: Head priest Hirohisa (hunting dress), four divine vestment officials all (purification robes and court trousers), divine vestment hall superintendent Yoshisue (deputy) Suehiro, administrator (deputy) Yasuhiro, deputy (deputy) Kanekata, senior divine vestment attendant Ujio (deputy) daughter Michi, court lady Akira (deputy, Kaneyasu's wife Isa), Nariei (deputy, elder sister Mio), Tateikiyo (deputy, Tsunasue's younger sister Michi), Sadaaki (deputy, mother Mio), and additionally the head priest's wife (deputy, daughter Tami). The ceremonial offerings and other procedures for the auxiliary hall's divine vestments initial sewing were the same. After completing the entire ritual blessing process, there was subsequently a separate initial sewing ceremony for the Kifune auxiliary hall's portion, with ceremonial offerings as in the beginning. Afterward, the divine robes and lined garments were cut, and after completing another ritual blessing and receiving it, the initial sewing of the lined garments and other items was performed. Notably, the main shrine's initial cutting involves cutting the summer court robe and winter court dress.

One item: A calendrical document regarding the date and time for the main shrine's ground ritual was submitted by the Master of Yin-Yang.
