所司へは神人案内三度可有旨申渡候事

Construction magistrates, superintendents, administrators, deputies, onmyoji officials, carpenters, two treasurers, twenty-one Taguchi shrine attendants (those with impediments or illness need not provide substitutes), twenty-one shrine personnel - notifications given to each as during the time of the auxiliary hall
Notification given to administrators that there should be three occasions of shrine personnel guidance
One item: Today at the assembly, the head priest sent imperial edicts three times through messengers. The edicts were presented and immediately read by the scribe as follows:
