一、御普請小屋の建設開始につき、本宮片岡社へ三寸（の供物を）備進するのが然るべしとの旨、掛かりの衆中から申し出があったので、則ち献進した事。
十二日 晴れ 午後雨が降る
一、式日参会。木作始めの日時の儀について、二月朔日から五日までの内で勘文があり、三日の日時を申し出るよう陰陽大夫へ申し入れるべき旨の事。
十七日 晴れ
一、先の会評決の通り、十手中へ御造営につき先格の通り触書が渡された。その留（控え）は如左（左の通り）：

6th Day: Clear
One item: Regarding the commencement of construction of the sacred construction hut, the responsible group members stated that it would be appropriate to offer a three-sun offering to Hongu Kataoka Shrine, so the dedication was duly made.
12th Day: Clear, rain in the afternoon
One item: Ceremonial day assembly. Regarding the matter of the day and time for the wood-working commencement, there was consultation within the period from the 1st to the 5th of the second month, and it was decided that the matter of the 3rd day's timing should be communicated to the Onmyo-dayu (Master of Yin-Yang).
17th Day: Clear
One item: According to the previous assembly's decision, a circular notice was distributed to the police patrol groups regarding the shrine reconstruction following precedent. The record copy is as follows:
