右之趣依先格御伝奏御奉行并御役所等へ御届申上候由被届候事

一今酉戊亥新宮山尾藤尾川尾等之社仮迁宮依之
本宮以下日供献進如常当番之祠官片岡祢宜功久供之

二百五十目にて引き受けるよう申し渡した。
一、今日、典薬方へ仮遷宮に用いる屠蘇白散を調進するよう、総代中から手紙に青銅五十疋を添えて遣わしたところ、すぐに三包来た件

一、供僧玉泉院が入来し、仮遷座の日時の書付を持参してこの席で申したのは、右の趣旨により先格に依り御伝奏・御奉行並びに御役所等へ御届け申し上げる由を届けた件

一、今日、新宮・山尾・藤尾・川尾等の社の仮遷宮（時刻は酉・戌・亥）について、総奉行・陳顕寿・保肝・煎り方・兼統等が社頭表へ出頭した件
一、同夜、火用心のため柊原の人足五郎太郎へ申し付け、見回りをさせた件
一、朝飯後から神宝方の保麗元・保清足が評議所へ出て、今晩の仮遷宮に付き入用の品々を拵えた件
一、今、酉・戌・亥の刻に新宮・山尾・藤尾・川尾等の社の仮遷宮を行った。これにより本宮以下の日供献進は常の通り、当番の祠官片岡祢宜功久が供奉した。

Two hundred fifty me were accepted as agreed upon.
1. Today, a letter was sent to the Imperial Medical Office along with fifty hiki of copper coins requesting the preparation of toso (New Year's spiced sake) and byakusan (white powder) for use in the temporary shrine relocation. Three packages arrived immediately.
25th Day - Clear
1. The attendant monk Gyokusen-in came and brought a written schedule for the temporary relocations. What he stated at this meeting was that according to precedent, notifications would be submitted to the Imperial Messengers, Magistrates, and various offices. The record is as follows:
This month, 29th day, hour of the Dog - Seishin-ji Temple - temporary relocation performed
Same day, hour of the Rat - Jingu-ji Temple - temporary relocation performed
3rd month, 2nd day, hour of the Dog - Honorable Sutra Reading Hall - temporary relocation performed
Same day, hour of the Boar - Small Sutra Hall - temporary relocation performed

To the Honorable Shrine
1. Today at the hour of the Dragon, regarding the dismantling of the temporary shrine, three-sun offerings were prepared and presented to the Main Shrine, temporary shrine, Kataoka Shrine, etc., by the duty officers.
27th Day - Clear
1. Today, temporary relocations of Shingu, Yamao, Fujiwo, Kawao and other shrines (at hours of Rooster, Dog, and Boar). For this, Head Administrator Jin Kenju, Ho Kan, roasting section chief, Ken-to and others appeared at the shrine precincts.
1. The same night, Goro-taro, a laborer from Hibarihara, was assigned fire watch duties and made rounds.
1. After breakfast, shrine treasure keepers Ho Reigen and Ho Seisoku went to the council chamber to prepare the necessary items for tonight's temporary shrine relocation.
1. Now, at the hours of Rooster, Dog, and Boar, temporary relocations of Shingu, Yamao, Fujiwo, Kawao and other shrines were performed. Accordingly, daily offerings to the Main Shrine and others continued as usual, with the duty shrine priest Kataoka Negi Kōkyū officiating.
