（衣冠着用）、同祝兼康（衣冠着用）。ただし参籠中の祠官が浄衣・刺貫を着用する儀については別である。祠官へは神主から廻状で各々衣冠を着用すべき旨を示されたが、参籠中の祠官へはその示合いが漏れたため、このようになったという。右の外に清足、保健、清立、兼茂、頭人季貫、敷久等がいた。
まず陰陽大夫（衣冠着用）が神供等を祓い、かつ祠官並びに転供の身体を祓った。
次に祝が両殿の御戸を開いた（先に仮殿、後に正殿。ただし新宮祢宜が代参のため、祝が神幸路道を勤めることになり、よって祢宜の代わりに御戸を開いた）。
次に正大工有清が錠前の儀を行った。
次に神主・祢宜（ただし保統）が手を洗った（所司の役目）。この時、襴を着け、覆面・手袋をした。
