評議により右の通り決定したが、七日の大田社末社の時刻取りは酉戌亥に決定し、その外は勘文の通りとする。
一、右に付き書付を以て右仮遷宮の御社の日時並びに八番衆九番衆から転供両人が明日三日から参籠すべき旨を十手へ申し触れた事
一、陰陽大夫、掃除構、別当所司、目代、この外田口刀禰、神人、小預、正大工、松行事五郎太郎等へ案内の事
一、経所は戌刻 小経所は亥刻 仮遷座
三日
一、例刻に上巳御神事を例の如く行う。但し新宮奈良社沢田社の御仮殿御鎮座に付き、昨日寄会の節の評議の如く御戸開は無く、内外陣の御神供を外陣一所において供える祝詞の事

The above divination is reported as stated.
Sixth year of An'ei, Second day of Third Month Onmyō Junior Fifth Rank Upper Grade Iken
Through deliberation, it was decided as above, however, for the Ōta Shrine subsidiary shrines on the 7th day, the timing was decided as Rooster, Dog, and Boar hours, while everything else follows the divination document.
First, regarding the above, a written notice was sent to the security officers stating that the dates and times for the temporary relocation of the shrines, as well as two attendants from the 8th and 9th guard units, should begin ritual seclusion from tomorrow, the 3rd day.
First, notifications were sent to the Onmyō Master, cleaning staff, deputy administrator, deputy official, and in addition Taguchi sword bearer, shrine personnel, minor officials, head carpenter, and Matsu ceremonial officer Gorotarō, etc.

Third Day
First, the Jōshi (Double Third Festival) ritual was performed at the usual hour as customary. However, due to the temporary enshrinement at the provisional halls of Shingū Nara Shrine and Sawada Shrine, as deliberated at yesterday's meeting, there was no opening of the inner sanctuary doors, and the norito prayers were offered with the inner and outer sanctuary divine offerings placed together in one location in the outer sanctuary.
First, for the temporary relocation of Ōta Shrine and Ujigami Shrine on the coming 9th day at Dog and Boar hours, starting tonight, Chief Priest Hirohisa, Ōta Negi Tsuneyasu, same Hafuri Yasutsu, Ujigami Negi Jūshun, same Hafuri Kaneyasu, attendant 8th guard unit Junior Fourth Rank Lower Grade Yasutaka, and 9th guard unit Junior Fourth Rank Lower Grade Kabuaki will enter ritual seclusion.
Fourth Day, Rain (Kanoe-Uma)
First, tonight at Boar and Rat hours for the temporary relocation of Kajita Shrine, Shōjin Temple Guardian Shrine, and Jingū Temple Guardian Shrine, daily offerings will be presented to the main shrine and the subsidiary shrines undergoing temporary relocation by the duty shrine official Ōta Negi Tsuneyasu, while for the minor shrines, deputy shrine administrator Sueyoshi will make the preparations.
