沢田禰宜氏雄、同祝兼為、氏神禰宜柔俊、同祝兼康（各々衣冠召し、白丁一人を充てる）。この外に精進頭人敷久。
一、惣奉行盛保・俊陳・顕寿保、肝煎保健・兼統、神宝方清足、陰陽師顕、預兼資、大田御師（代）成季（但し下役を召し連れ、御燈の下知）。
一、刀禰八人、神人八人、人足四人が罷り出た。松行事が出勤（着用は上下）。
一、大田社仮遷宮了して御内陣御神宝を撤却し、高倉へ運送して入れ置かれた。肝煎方保韶・親顕、神宝方清足並びに惣奉行が取り計らった。
一、亥刻過ぎに氏神社仮遷宮本始、子刻過ぎに事了。次第は大田社の如し。参勤の人々は神主博久、氏神禰宜柔俊、同祝兼康、転供保堯・株顕。右着同召具等は同前。陰陽師・預・別当・所司・目代・刀禰・神人以下同前。
一、随意参詣の人々は正禰宜業久、同祝重殖、権禰宜安久、片岡禰宜功久、若宮禰宜親顕、奈良祝賢顕、沢田禰宜氏雄、同祝兼為、精進頭人敷久等である（但し惣奉行・肝煎中は同前、但し保韶は不参）。
一、右遷御了して御内陣御神宝を撤却し、高倉へ運送して入れ置かれた。正祝重殖、肝煎方親顕、出頭方兼為が取り計らった。

First, General Supervisors Moriyasu, Toshimichi, Akitoshiyasu; Administrators Yasutake, Ken'tō; Sacred Treasure Officer Kiyotari; Yin-yang Master Aki; Deputy Ken'suke; Ōta Ritual Master (substitute) Narisue (however, accompanied by subordinate officials, in charge of sacred lamps).
First, eight sword bearers, eight shrine attendants, and four laborers came forward. Pine Ritual Officer reported for duty (wearing formal court dress).
First, after the temporary relocation of Ōta Shrine was completed, the sacred treasures of the inner sanctuary were removed and transported to Takakura for storage. Administrative officers Yasuaki and Chikaaki, Sacred Treasure Officer Kiyotari, and the General Supervisors made the arrangements.
First, the temporary relocation of Ujigami Shrine began after the Hour of the Boar and was completed after the Hour of the Rat. The procedures were the same as for Ōta Shrine. First, those who attended voluntarily were Senior Priest Naruhisa, same Ritualist Shigeuye, Deputy Priest Yasuhisa, Kataoka Priest Isahisa, Wakamiya Priest Chikaaki, Nara Ritualist Ken'aki, Sawada Priest Ujio, same Ritualist Ken'tame, Abstinence Leader Shikihisa, etc. (however, the General Supervisors and administrators were the same as before, but Yasuaki did not attend).
First, after the above relocation was completed, the sacred treasures of the inner sanctuary were removed and transported to Takakura for storage. Senior Ritualist Shigeuye, Administrative Officer Chikaaki, and Leading Officer Ken'tame made the arrangements.
First, sacred offerings and ceremonial feast were held at the retreat quarters, then everyone dispersed (both shrines used the same location).
