右両様とも申の刻過ぎに伝奏御奉行へ持参し、戌の刻頃帰郷。御奉行においては御受け取り、伝奏は御留守のゆえ差し置かれてお帰りになった旨である。

一番衆清芳、別当兼安、所司（代）保博、目代（代）兼堅、詰番両人（郡清・氏普）
陰陽師顕、肝煎保韶、雑掌兼茂、沙汰人兼古（ただし昨夜より登山）、仲間
二人、小者二人、刀祢二人、下の刀祢二人（ただしこれは神人の代である。洪水により賀茂川に橋が無く、西賀茂神人が参らないため四十二人）

Item: Tonight for the divine treasures procession of Kifune provisional hall and the temporary relocation of Suzuka Kawao Gyūichi Musubi and other shrines, those who climbed the mountain around half past the hour of Tatsu (7:30-8:00 AM) were as follows:
