一酉剋前伝奏櫛笥大納言殿雑掌中ゟ惣代御召之旨
切帋到来仍即刻惣代和平李栄出頭戌刻過帰郷演
説大膳出逢被申渡は今日御所司ゟ申来由ニ而書付を以
被仰渡旨仍右之趣御奉行日野西弁殿江御届申上帰郷云々
右御書付之留如左
当社并堂舎造替
修復之事被仰出候
猶又於町奉行所申渡
可有之事

一、酉の刻前、伝奏櫛笥大納言殿の雑掌中より惣代御召しの旨、切紙到来。よって即刻惣代和平・李栄出頭。戌の刻過ぎ帰郷。演説大膳出逢い申し渡されるには、今日御所司より申し来たる由にて書付を以て仰せ渡される旨。よって右の趣を御奉行日野西弁殿へ御届け申し上げ帰郷云々。
右御書付の留め左の如し
当社並びに堂舎造替
修復の事仰せ出され候
なお又町奉行所において申し渡し

An'ei 5, Year of the Fire Monkey, 11th month, 6th day, Cloudy
One, Before the Hour of the Rooster, a written notice arrived from the attendants of the Imperial Messenger Lord Kushinada, Grand Counselor, summoning the representatives. Therefore, representatives Wahei and Rien immediately presented themselves. After the Hour of the Dog, they returned home. When they met with Ensetsu Daizen, he conveyed that today a written directive was received from the Imperial Office. Accordingly, they reported this matter to the Magistrate Lord Hinonishi Ben and returned home, etc.
The copy of the aforementioned written directive is as follows:
Reconstruction and repair of this shrine
and its temple buildings
has been ordered.
Furthermore, this shall be
announced at the town magistrate's office.
