Regarding the pillar raising and roof beam raising of the provisional main hall and Kifune Shrine, and the imperial messenger's visit, the dates were determined and announced by the Imperial Transmitter and Magistrate, so the following record was circulated to the ten officials:

Third month, nineteenth day

Fourth month, twenty-seventh day
The above dates determined on the third month, eighteenth day, hour of the Dragon

Last night at the Imperial Palace, it was announced regarding the pillar raising of the provisional main hall and other matters as written in the imperial document. We reported that there would be no hindrance at our shrine and gave our consent. Also, we brought the blacksmith Izumi-no-daijo (wearing a plain jacket) for last night's audience of gratitude for imperial permission, and head representative Yasuhisa Suenaga attended and brought the following written record:
