仰せ渡された事
一 東御役所の証文方から惣代一人が参るべき旨に付き、史顕一人が出頭しました。このついでに西御役所へ権殿立柱以下の日時等を官家から仰せ渡された趣を書付をもって御届けを申し入れました。
一 今晩酉亥子の刻、貴布祢小社、日吉社、鈴一社、吸葛社、白石社、梅宮、梶取社以上六社の仮遷宮を行います。これにより本宮、摂社並びに仮遷宮の小社へ御日供を献進します。当社の御備えは正祝重殖、貴布祢小社は日参珍清（代）清匡が備え進めます。神供は辛櫃に入れて人夫二人で運送します。
一 参勤の者は神主博久、転供一番衆清芳、十番衆広保等が参勤です。
一 肝煎方は保韶、雑掌兼茂（詰番）、氏晋、邦清、惣市、清風母です。
一 来る十八日本宮摂社、十九日本宮権殿摂社小社三十六社の日供献進の旨を田口へ申し入れました。
一 陰陽大夫へ来る十八日宣旨使が参向し、十九日権殿立柱の地祭の儀を申し渡しました。
一 十九日の日参へ小社御備えの事について案内を申し入れました。
一 楽人へ来る十九日権殿立柱の事、先例の通り参勤すべき旨を業久、兼為から手紙をもって案内を申し遣わしました。

一 御普請会所へ権殿立柱略次第を差し出しました。季栄が持参した事、その留めは以下の通りです。

当日早朝、本宮権殿摂社小社等の外陣に神饌を供えます。その時伶人が音楽を奏します。
刻限以前に祠官社務代（各衣冠）、作所奉行（狩衣）、別当所司目代（各浄衣）が評議所に参集します（案内三度、神人がこれを役とする）。

Matters that were decreed
One: Since the document office of the Eastern Government Office requested that one head representative attend, Shi Akira appeared alone. Taking this opportunity, we submitted a written report to the Western Government Office regarding the schedule for the erection of the temporary hall pillars and other matters as decreed by the official house.
One: Tonight at the hours of the Rooster, Boar, and Rat, we will conduct temporary relocations of six shrines: Kifune Small Shrine, Hiyoshi Shrine, Suzu Shrine, Sukuzu Shrine, Shiraishi Shrine, Umemiya Shrine, and Kajitori Shrine. Accordingly, daily offerings will be presented to the main shrine, auxiliary shrines, and the small shrines undergoing temporary relocation. For our shrine's offerings, Head Priest Shigeueki will provide them, and for Kifune Small Shrine, daily attendant Chinshin (substitute) Kiyomasa will prepare and present them. The divine offerings will be placed in lacquered boxes and transported by two laborers.
One: Those attending include Head Priest Hirohisa, rotating offering first group member Kiyoyoshi, tenth group member Hiroyasu, and others.
One: The supervisors are Yasunao, assistant Kanemochi (on duty), Ujishin, Kunikiyoshi, Souichi, and Kiyokaze-bo.
One: We informed Taguchi about presenting daily offerings on the coming 18th day to the main shrine and auxiliary shrines, and on the 19th day to the main shrine's temporary hall, auxiliary shrines, and thirty-six small shrines.
One: We informed the Master of Yin-Yang that imperial messengers would visit on the coming 18th day, and the ground purification ceremony for erecting the temporary hall pillars would take place on the 19th day.
One: We gave notice about the small shrine offerings for the daily service on the 19th day.
One: We sent word by letter through Naruhisa and Kanetame to the musicians that they should attend the erection of the temporary hall pillars on the coming 19th day according to precedent.

On that day, early in the morning, divine food offerings are made to the outer chambers of the main shrine's temporary hall, auxiliary shrines, small shrines, etc. At that time, court musicians perform music.
Before the appointed time, shrine officials and shrine affairs representatives (each in formal court dress), construction supervisors (in hunting dress), and deputy officials of the administrative office (each in purified garments) assemble at the council chamber (with three rounds of announcements, with shrine attendants serving in this role).
