一 寛保三年（1743年）十二月二十一日、土屋友弥の養子となる願いを娘と一緒に行いたいとの願いが承認される
一 寛保四年（1744年）二月十五日、御徒士目付に任命され、二俵の加増を賜り、高二十俵となる
一 宝暦二年（1752年）七月十五日、病死
一 同年九月十二日、養子両右衛門に跡式が命じられる
