一 同六年丙子年二月二十九日、宗対馬守様御家来吉田宇平治の弟先右衛門を養子にしたいとの願いが済んだ。《先達ての養子離縁につき》

- On the 15th day of the 2nd month of Bunka 14 (1817), Year of the Ox, Kojima Hachirozaemon had previously been granted permanent leave, but by mercy his family name was reestablished. As there were no male heirs, provisions for two people were granted to his widow. Furthermore, by compassion, the family succession was now granted to Sanji with a stipend of 17 hyō and provisions for two people, appointed to foot soldier rank guard rotation under chamberlain supervision.

- On the 12th day of the 4th month of Kan'en 2 (1749), Year of the Snake, he was promoted from designated advance guard Edo squad leader to foot soldier, appointed to the upper residence kitchen salt-miso section, cooking section, and various other procurement and payment duties. He was granted stipend in hyō units - 18 hyō with provisions for two people under chamberlain supervision. 《Previously 5 koku 9 to with provisions for two people》
- On the 18th day of the 8th month of Kan'en 3 (1750), Year of the Horse, the petition to adopt Enji, younger brother of Koyama Sukejirō (a retainer of Lord Watanabe Jōnoshin), and arrange his marriage with his youngest daughter was approved.
- On the 7th day of the 3rd month of Hōreki 4 (1754), Year of the Dog, the petition to send his younger sister as wife to Inoue Katsunoshin (a retainer of Lord Naitō Daizen) was approved.
- On the 29th day of the 2nd month of Hōreki 6 (1756), Year of the Rat, the petition to adopt Senemon, younger brother of Yoshida Uheiji (a retainer of Lord Sō Tsushima no Kami) was approved. 《Due to the previous adopted son's divorce》
- On the 15th day of the 3rd month of Hōreki 7 (1757), Year of the Ox, he divorced his adopted son Senemon.
