　被任願候事
一同五巳年八月懸り之勤出精相勤候段被
　仰出候事

　為勤番江戸表へ罷登翌申三月罷

　　但陣中御省略之筋心を附御入方
　　不少減少いたし候ニ付為御褒美綿
　　壱把被下置且如定例歳暮為御祝
　　儀生絹壱疋被下置候事
一同八申年五月初陣ニ候得共無滞精

一寛政元酉年六月郡奉行添役被

一　同年十二月、安太輔と改名したい旨を
　　願い出て許可された事

一　同五（巳）年八月、懸りの勤めに精を出して相勤めた段を
　　仰せ出された事

【朱筆】一　同六（午）年十月、小納戸役を仰せ付けられた事

一　同七（未）年二月、男子がいないにつき弟哲治を
　　養子にしたい段を願い出て許可された事

一　同年三月、江戸へ勤番のため出立したところ、道
　　中で俄に病気になったにつき帰国し、勤番の
　　御用を免除していただきたい旨を願い出て許可された事

一　同年九月、病気が快復したにつき
　　勤番のため江戸表へ罷り登り、翌申三月に罷り
　　下った
　　　ただし陣中の御省略の筋に心を付け、御入方が
　　　少なからず減少したにつき御褒美として綿
　　　壱把を下し置かれ、かつ定例の如く歳暮の御祝
　　　儀として生絹壱疋を下し置かれた事

一　同八（申）年五月、初陣であったが滞りなく精
　　出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された事

一　寛政元（酉）年六月、郡奉行添役を
　　仰せ付けられた事

英語訳

• In the twelfth month of the same year, his request to change his name to Antasuke was granted.

• In the eighth month of the same fifth (Snake) year, it was declared that he had served diligently in his assigned duties.

【Red ink notation】• In the tenth month of the same sixth (Horse) year, he was appointed to the position of konando-yaku (minor chamberlain).

• In the second month of the same seventh (Sheep) year, because he had no male heir, his request to adopt his younger brother Tetsuji was granted.

• In the third month of the same year, when he set out for Edo for guard duty, he suddenly fell ill on the journey, so he returned home and his request to be excused from guard duty was granted.

• In the ninth month of the same year, because his illness had recovered, he went up to Edo for guard duty and returned in the third month of the following Monkey year.
　　　However, because he paid attention to cost-cutting measures during the military exercises and the expenses were reduced considerably, he was given one bundle of cotton as a reward, and as was customary, he was given one bolt of raw silk as a year-end ceremonial gift.

• In the fifth month of the same eighth (Monkey) year, although it was his first campaign, it was declared that he had served diligently without incident.

• In the sixth month of the first year of Kansei (Rooster year), he was appointed as assistant to the district magistrate (gun-bugyō soeyaku).
