繫多之由に候間山奉行兼務の儀
当時相勤候に不及旨被 仰聞候事
一享和元酉年正月此度山奉行両人
に被 仰付候に付山奉行兼務御

御在国中引通御上りに相成
御道中為御持に茂相成候処最初より
宜及差図候に付御内々御酒被下置候
現代語訳
一 同十二（申）年正月、原覚之丞が上方御用を仰せ付けられ罷り登った跡、学校御普請掛かりを補って相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた
但し、この後も右同様につき相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ相勤めた事
一 同年十一月、この度元締め廻米両役所請所の土蔵へ盗賊が忍び入った一件の糺（調査）につき、御蔵入郡奉行加勤を仰せ付けられたので、右糺御用に限り相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同年十二月、本務並びに御国産方御用が繫多であるとのことなので、山奉行兼務の儀は当時相勤めるに及ばざる旨を仰せ聞かされた事
一 享和元（酉）年正月、この度山奉行を両人に仰せ付けられたにつき、山奉行兼務を御免になる旨を仰せ出された事
一 同年十月、酒造方の酒が宜しく出来、当御在国中引き通し御上りになり、御道中のお持ちにも相成ったところ、最初より宜しく指図したにつき、御内々に御酒を下し置かれた事

• In the first month of the same twelfth (Monkey) year, after Hara Kakunosuke was appointed to official duties in the Kamigata region and departed, he was ordered to supplement and serve as supervisor of school construction.
Note: Thereafter, he continued to serve in the same manner as ordered.
• In the eleventh month of the same year, regarding the recent case of thieves breaking into the storehouse of the rice circulation offices under the chief administrator, he was appointed as additional district magistrate for domain granaries to investigate this matter, and was ordered to serve specifically for this investigative duty.
• In the twelfth month of the same year, since his main duties and responsibilities for domestic product promotion were reportedly numerous, he was informed that it was not necessary for him to continue serving concurrently as mountain magistrate at that time.
• In the first month of the first year of Kyōwa (Rooster year), since two people were now appointed as mountain magistrates, he was relieved of his concurrent duties as mountain magistrate.
• In the tenth month of the same year, the sake produced by the brewing department turned out excellently and was consistently served during the lord's residence in the domain and was also suitable for carrying during his travels. Since he had provided good guidance from the beginning, he was privately granted sake.
