現代語訳
一 同年十月、仙台所生の勝五郎と申す者を、水戸様からの御頼みにつき引き渡したところ、これについて水戸様から白銀一枚を下し置かれた事
一 同年十二月、公事奉行当座仮役を仰せ付けられ、翌丑年正月まで相勤めた事
一 同二（丑）年八月、この度恭定様が御逝去あそばされたところ、若年の節に御手元へ召し仕えさせて下さったについては、御尊骸御仮殿御鎮座中、日々拝礼仕りたき旨を願い任せられた事
一 同月、恭定様御逝去につき他村の御使者が罷り越したにつき、宿屋敷へ罷り出て御用相勤めた事
一 同年十二月、寺社町方をよく取り扱い、その外臨時の御用筋に心を付け出精相勤めたにつき、御褒美として御召古小袖一つを下し置かれた事
一 同三（寅）年五月、御国産方がこの度町役所へ一まとめに仰せ付けられたにつき、御国産方上役兼務の役名を相止めの旨を

• In the tenth month of the same year, regarding a person named Katsugoro from Sendai who was requested by Lord Mito, when he was handed over as requested, Lord Mito awarded one silver coin for this matter.
• In the twelfth month of the same year, he was appointed to the temporary position of judicial magistrate and served until the first month of the following Ox year.
• In the eighth month of the same second (Ox) year, when Lord Kyotei passed away, since he had been graciously allowed to serve in his personal retinue during his youth, he was granted permission to pay daily respects during the period when the honored remains were enshrined in the temporary hall.
• In the same month, when messengers from other villages came regarding Lord Kyotei's death, he went to the lodging quarters and performed official duties.
• In the twelfth month of the same year, he handled temple and town affairs well and diligently performed various extraordinary duties with great attention, for which he was awarded one used kosode robe as a reward.
