一同月御薬園へ被為 入候に付御馬
為牽罷出候様被 仰付相詰候処御馬
事相済御庭拝見被 仰付於御舟
御酒被下置初而奉蒙 御意候
但此後 御在国之毎度 御出先へも
度々相詰其外御供をも仕候事
一同二戌年四月馬術精出打毬騎射稽
古被 仰付候間 御在国中の通学
校并諸学寮出席勝手次第に被成下
度段被任願馬術稽古之秀了には
罷出修行いたし候様被 仰付候事
一同三亥年五月親願の通初而之
御目見被 仰付候事
一同月出精いたし候に付御酒被下置
候事
一同年十二月四年以来御馬場御用
出精いたし候に付為御褒美綿弐把
被下置候事
一同四子年三年 御在国中御馬御
用精出相勤候に付為御褒美銀五両
現代語訳
一、同月、御薬園へお入りになったため、御馬を
牽いて出仕するよう仰せ付けられ詰めていたところ、御馬の
件が済み、御庭拝見を仰せ付けられ、御舟において
御酒を下され、初めて御意を蒙った
但し、この後 御在国の度毎に 御出先へも
度々詰め、その他御供もいたした事
一、同二戌年四月、馬術精進、打毬、騎射稽古を
仰せ付けられたため 御在国中は学
校並びに諸学寮出席を都合次第にしていただきたい
旨をお願いし、馬術稽古が優秀な場合には
出仕し修行するよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同三亥年五月、親の願いの通り初めての
御目見を仰せ付けられた事
一、同月、精進したため御酒を下され
た事
一、同年十二月、四年以来御馬場御用に
精進したため、御褒美として綿二把を
下された事
一、同四子年、三年 御在国中御馬御用を
精進し相勤めたため、御褒美として銀五両を

ordered to lead the horses and report for duty. While stationed there, after the horse
matters were completed, he was ordered to view the lord's garden, and on the lord's boat
he was granted sake and for the first time received the lord's personal words
However, thereafter during each of the lord's stays in the domain, he also
frequently served at the lord's destinations and performed various escort duties

ordered to practice horsemanship diligently, polo, and mounted archery, so during the lord's stays in the domain
he petitioned that attendance at school and various academic halls
be made at his convenience, and when his horsemanship training was excellent,
he was ordered to report for duty and training

he was granted his first formal audience with the lord

two bundles of cotton as a reward
