一同年九月此間笙之役相勤候処宜仕
候段於御書院前ニ 御直に奉蒙
御意候事
一同十二申年三月御馬御用出精
いたし候に付為御褒美銀三両被
下置候事
一同年十二月数年来御馬場江も
罷出且学校出席勝手次第之儀
に候処不怠罷出学向をも精出候に付
為御褒美銀子壱枚被下置候事
一享和元酉年十月 御在国中御馬
御用出精いたし候に付為御褒美綿壱
把被下置候事
一同二戌年三月山崎小助湯治留主中
笙師範方補相勤候様被 仰付候

一同三亥年十一月御代官見習当
座仮役被 仰付候
但御代官見習当座仮役相勤候様
被 仰付候処御馬方勤も有之
現代語訳
一、同年九月、この間笙の役を相勤めたところ良く仕
事をした旨を御書院前において直接に御
意を蒙った事
一、同十二申年三月、御馬御用に出精
したため御褒美として銀三両を
下された事
一、同年十二月、数年来御馬場へも
出席し且つ学校出席は勝手次第の儀
であったが怠らず出席し学問向きも精進したため
御褒美として銀子一枚を下された事
一、享和元酉年十月、御在国中御馬
御用に出精したため御褒美として綿一
把を下された事
一、同二戌年三月、山崎小助が湯治で留守中
笙師範方の補佐を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた
