拝殿御土台座御門御柱并持送共に取替
御屋上御葺替其外所々御普請に付
正月中旬ゟ八月上旬迄同役代り合
事に寄一同罷越及差図候事
一同年十一月又左衛門と改名仕度旨
被任願候事
一同年十二月当春見祢山 御社所々
御修覆之上 御本社土台取替之
儀は手始に候処支配筋へも宜及差図
出精いたし候に付為御褒美御小袖之
代絹壱疋綿御添被下置候事
一十酉年九月本郷原におゐて追鳥狩
被 仰付候に付右御役御用として
組支配召連罷越取計且騎馬狩を
も被 仰付候事
一同十一戌年四月院内 御墳
御二方様御碑名御灯籠御文字彫方之儀
宜及差図精出相勤候に付為御褒美綿二
把被下置候事
一同十二亥年九月本郷原追鳥狩に付御
現代語訳
拝殿の御土台座、御門の御柱並びに持送りとも取り替え、
御屋根の御葺き替え、その外所々の御普請に付き、
正月中旬より八月上旬まで同役と代わり合い、
事により一同罷り越え、差図に及んだ事
一、同年十一月、又左衛門と改名したき旨を
願い任せられた事
一、同年十二月、当春見祢山御社所々の
御修覆の上、御本社土台取り替えの
儀は手始めであるところ、支配筋へも宜しく差図に及び
出精したため、御褒美として御小袖の
代わりに絹一疋、綿を御添えで下された事
一、十酉年九月、本郷原において追鳥狩りを
仰せ付けられたため、右御役御用として
組支配を召し連れ罷り越え取り計らい、かつ騎馬狩りを
も仰せ付けられた事
一、同十一戌年四月、院内御墳の
御二方様御碑名、御灯籠の御文字彫方の儀、
宜しく差図に及び精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として綿二
把を下された事
一、同十二亥年九月、本郷原追鳥狩りに付き御

The rebuilding of the worship hall's foundation platform, the gate pillars along with their brackets, the re-roofing of the building, and various other construction works at different locations were undertaken. From mid-1st month to early 8th month, he alternated duties with his colleague and went to supervise the work as circumstances required.
1. In the 11th month of the same year, his request to change his name to Mataざemon was granted.
1. In the 12th month of the same year, regarding the repairs of various parts of Mineyama Shrine in the spring and the replacement of the main shrine's foundation as the first step, he provided proper supervision to his subordinates and worked diligently, for which he was granted one roll of silk in place of a formal robe and cotton as a reward.
1. In the 9th month of the 10th year (Year of the Rooster), he was ordered to conduct bird hunting at Hongō Plain, and for this official duty he led his unit commanders there to make arrangements, and was also ordered to conduct mounted hunting.
1. In the 4th month of the 11th year (Year of the Dog), regarding the carving of inscriptions on the memorial stones and lanterns for two lords at the Inner Mausoleum, he provided proper supervision and served diligently, for which he was granted two bundles of cotton as a reward.
