現代語訳
一 同2年戌年2月 御在国中精を出して勤めたので
御褒美として銀子2枚を下し置かれたこと
一 同年8月 丈右衛門と改名したい旨、願いの通り許可されたこと
一 同年9月 御参勤御供として勤番のため江戸へ上り、
翌亥年4月 御下向御供として下向した
ただし、陣中この度の御道中は本道と違い骨折りがあったが、
よく勤めた段を仰せ出されたこと
一 同3年亥年4月 勤番中精を出して勤めたので
御褒美として銀子1枚を下し置かれたこと
一 延享元年子年3月 御在国中精を出して
勤めたので銀子2枚を下し置かれたこと

1. 2nd month of Kanpō 2, year of the dog (1742): For his diligent service during the lord's residence in the domain, he was granted 2 pieces of silver as a reward.
2. 8th month of the same year: His request to change his name to Jōemon was granted as wished.
3. 9th month of the same year: He went up to Edo as part of the lord's retinue for sankin-kōtai (alternate attendance) duty, and in the 4th month of the following year of the boar, he returned with the lord's entourage.
Note: It was announced that although this journey differed from the usual route and required extra effort, he performed his duties well.
4. 4th month of Kanpō 3, year of the boar (1743): For his diligent service during his duty tour, he was granted 1 piece of silver as a reward.
5. 3rd month of Enkyō 1, year of the rat (1744): For his diligent service during the lord's residence in the domain, he was granted 2 pieces of silver.
6. 3rd month of Enkyō 3, year of the tiger (1746): For his diligent service during the lord's residence in the domain, he was granted 2 pieces of silver.
7. Same month: He went up to Edo as part of the lord's retinue for sankin-kōtai duty and returned in the 10th month of the same year.
Note: For his diligent service during the journey, he was granted 1 piece of silver as a reward.
