現代語訳
享和元年酉年6月 詩会の節、安部井吉蔵・澤田泰蔵が参上して諸生を指導したところ、四つの塾の諸生が参上した由であるので、会合の度に参上して指導するよう仰せ付けられた件
一、同戌年12月 開板方において周礼の彫刻を取り懸かる間、考行するよう仰せ付けられ、追々訓点をした件
一、同3年亥年12月 聖堂御遷座の御用を出精して相勤めた段を仰せ出された件
一、文化元年子年正月
貞昭様の御在国中、御書物の御相手を相勤めたことにより、御内々で綿一把を下し置かれた件
一、同年4月 童子訓の御編集を遊ばされるにあたっては、下吟味の儀について、あれこれ心を付けて出精した段を仰せ出された件

Kyōwa 1st year, Year of the Rooster, 6th month: At the poetry gathering, Abei Yoshizō and Sawada Taizō attended and instructed students. Since students from four academies attended, he was ordered to attend every meeting and provide instruction.
Item: 12th month of the same Year of the Dog: Regarding the carving of the Zhōulǐ at the printing office, he was ordered to conduct research and gradually added reading marks.
Item: 12th month of the 3rd year, Year of the Boar: It was announced that he diligently served in the ceremonial relocation of the sacred hall.
Item: 1st month of Bunka 1st year, Year of the Rat:
For serving as a book companion to Lord Sadaaki during his stay in the domain, he was granted one bundle of cotton privately.
Item: 4th month of the same year: Regarding the compilation of the "Children's Instructions," it was announced that he applied himself diligently to various aspects of the preliminary examination.
Item: 8th month of the same year: For presenting to Lord Sadaterū the "Record of Lord Hōtsu's Words and Deeds with Japanese Commentary" that his grandfather Isaburō had written, he was granted two bundles of cotton privately.
