ただし正月十一日、八月二十七日、十二月十八日の右記の日並び以後、罷り出て拝読いたした件
一、同9年申年9月 出火の節、司業の義について御用付勤の願いによって御用付へ加わり相勤めることができる学館役付の面々ならびに十五歳以上の諸生は、御書物・御道具等の始末をいたし、障りが明らかになれば火防を申し付けることができ、かつ不時の節に上屋敷御目付が罷り出た跡は御目付勤・定火消兼勤を仰せ付けられ、諸事差配をいたし、御屋敷中を相回り非常警固をいたすよう仰せ付けられた件
一、同10年酉年10月 持席にて相州観音崎常詰司業を仰せ付けられ、御役料三人扶持は只今まで通り下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された件
一、同11年戌年4月 不時の節の御目付勤を仰せ付けられ、後殿船へ乗り組むよう、かつ御用次第で異国人へも筆談をいたすよう仰せ付けられた件
一、文政元年寅年3月 精を出して諸生を取り立てたことにつき、御褒美として銀子三枚を下し置かれた件

Item: 9th month of the 9th year, Year of the Monkey: In case of fire outbreak, regarding the position of instructor, those academy officials and students aged fifteen and above who could join the special duties through petition for special assignment service were to manage books and equipment, and when obstacles became clear, fire prevention could be ordered. Moreover, when the upper residence inspector departed during emergencies, he was appointed to serve concurrently as inspector and regular fire brigade, to manage all affairs, patrol the entire residence grounds, and maintain emergency security.
Item: 10th month of the 10th year, Year of the Rooster: He was appointed as regular instructor at Kannonsaki in Sagami Province with his current rank, and it was announced that his official salary of three persons' support would continue as before.
