現代語訳

一、同五年（子年）三月　御参勤御供として立ち帰り上り、翌月下った事

一、同年十月　勤番として江戸表に上り、翌丑五月御下向御供にて下った事

一、正徳二年（辰年）十月　日光御代参を仰せ蒙ることになり、勤番内にて御供を仰せ付けられ、御帰府後よく相勤めた段を仰せ出され、翌巳五月御下向御供を仕り、御戸番仮役を相勤め下った事

一、同六年（申年）正月　御戸番を仰せ付けられた事

一、同年十月　勤番として江戸表に上り、御紋の御上下を下し置かれ、翌酉五月御下向遊ばされることになり、御宿割を仰せ付けられ下り、滞りなく相勤めたので銀子一枚を下し置かれた事

1. Same 5th year (1708), Year of the Rat, 3rd month: He went up to Edo as part of the lord's sankin-kōtai escort and returned the following month.

1. Same year, 10th month: He went up to Edo for guard duty service, and came down in the 5th month of the following year of the Ox as part of the lord's return escort.

1. Shōtoku 2 (1712), Year of the Dragon, 10th month: He was ordered to serve as proxy for the Nikkō shrine visit, was appointed to the escort during his guard duty term, and after returning to Edo was commended for his good service. In the 5th month of the following year of the Snake, he served in the lord's return escort and came down while serving as temporary gatekeeper.

1. Same 6th year (1717), Year of the Monkey, 1st month: He was appointed to gatekeeper duty.

1. Same year, 10th month: He went up to Edo for guard duty and was given formal clothing with the lord's mon crest. When the lord returned in the 5th month of the following year of the Rooster, he was appointed to lodging arrangements, came down, and served without incident, for which he was rewarded with one piece of silver.
