一、同年十二月 庄左衛門と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一、同四年（卯年）六月 不時勤番として江戸表へ赴き、同十月に帰国した
但しこの後不時勤番一陣を相勤めた事
一、宝暦元年（未年）六月 頭の三宅孫兵衛が御役替えになったため、跡の御役として簗瀬求馬組に所属することになった事
一、同十二年（午年）正月 頭の簗瀬求馬が御役替えになったため、跡の御役として山崎左助組に所属することになった事
一、明和元年（申年）正月 藤右衛門と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一、同二年（酉年）三月 山形へ勤番として赴き、同九月に帰国した事
