倉之丞定俊（初名は久馬、また藤蔵）

一、天明8年申年3月、親の願いの通り初回の御目見を仰せ付けられた事
一、寛政4年子年12月、5ヶ年間欠席なく学校に通い精進した事が奇特であると思し召された旨を仰せ出された事
一、同6年寅年4月、親の願いの通り「倉之進」と改名したい旨の願いを許可された事
一、同7年卯年正月、学校の年長什長を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年12月、年長什長の職務を勤めるにあたり、余芸の執行は勝手次第であったが、学校はもちろん武学寮にも引き続き8ヶ年間欠席なく精進したため、御褒美として銀子1枚と綿1把を下し置かれた事
