仰せ付けられ、御家老附一番組にて御城御番を勤めた事
一、同年9月、追鳥狩（鷹狩り）の際に出向いた事
一、同月の追鳥狩の際、列伍（隊列）の足並み進退等がよく揃っていた事について、かねてより出精しているゆえの事と思し召された旨、同組一同が御称美を成し下された事
一、享和元年酉年9月、御供番を仰せ付けられた事
一、同2年戌年5月7日、30歳にて病死、法名は良恭院清慎日操居士、葬所は同上
