相勤御勘定をも相遂候ニ付為御祝儀っどう

但右任役精出相勤候ニ付御内々為
御褒美金弐分被下置候事

現代語訳
一 同四未年四月、御在府中の御用が
多忙なところ、骨折り精を出して勤めたことにより金三分を
下し置かれた事
一 同六酉年正月、伊勢への御使いを仰せ付けられ、同月
二十五日江戸表より出立し、二月五日に到着、
両宮拝礼を勤め、同月十五日に帰着した事
一 同年四月、御在府中の御用が多忙なところ、
骨折り精を出して勤めたことにより金三分を下し置かれた
事
一 同年十一月、当春の伊勢への御使いを滞りなく
勤め、御勘定をも済ませたことにより、御祝儀として
金二百疋を下し置かれた事
一 同七戌年十二月、
恭定様の御位階御昇進が行われることにより、その御
用の任役を仰せ付けられた
但し、その任役を精を出して勤めたことにより、御内々で
御褒美として金二分を下し置かれた事
一 同月、精を出して勤めたことにより江戸扶持一人分を
下し置かれた事

the mission to Ise in the spring and settled the accounts, was granted
200 hiki of gold as congratulatory reward

due to Lord Kyōtei's court rank promotion, was appointed
to special duties for this occasion
