候につき御褒美として銀五両を下し置かれた事

一　同年十二月、右同様につき、
　　宣明院様より銀二両を下し置かれた事

一　同五巳年正月、精を出して相勤めたことにより重要な儀であるが、
　　独礼に仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された事

一　同年三月、御召物の御用任役を
　　仰せ付けられた事

一　同年七月、席次・御書簡物書調役の戸田六郎右衛門の
　　次に成し下された事

一　同年十月、
　　春洞院様が加藤遠江守様へ御婚礼をなされる
　　ことにつき、その御用任役を仰せ付けられた事

一　同六午年三月、御老中方の御招請につき、
　　その御用任役を仰せ付けられ、当用を引き離して連れ立って
　　勤めた事

一　同年九月、御省略取り扱いにつき御用人方の支
　　配筋へ立ち入り勤める者も仰せ付けられたところ、各筋においても
　　御時節柄を勘弁し出精してよく取り扱い、立ち入る者へも
　　談合して御益もあるとのことであったが、なお一層怠らないよう、もっとも
　　日々出仕して御省略筋の儀はもちろん諸事に及び

1　In the 3rd month of Tenmei 6, year of the Horse, for the invitation from the rōjū (senior councilors),
　　was appointed to special duties and served by setting aside regular duties
　　and working together with others

1　In the 9th month of the same year, regarding cost-cutting measures, those who were to work
　　under the supervision of the goyōnin (administrators) were also appointed, and in all departments
　　they showed consideration for the times and worked diligently in handling matters well, and even consulted
　　with those involved, which was said to be beneficial, but to avoid any negligence,
　　attended daily and handled not only cost-cutting matters but all affairs
