格別之功作迚も不相見場所ニ在之年数
一と通を以御手当をも難成下義ニ候へとも為
費補無御借上当年ゟ年々御用人所
吟味役ニ付金壱両ツヽ被下置候事

心を付諸向へも宣申談融通取斗五年以前
辰年十月より巳ノ正月ヘ較去十月ゟ
当正月迄之御入方不少致減少候由ニ付

現代語訳
格別の功績というものも見当たらない場所に在職して年数が
一通りを以て御手当をも成し難い下級の身分であるけれども、
費用補助として無利息でお借り上げいただき、当年より年々御用人所の
吟味役につき金一両ずつを下し置かれた事
一 同八戌年五月、御省略任役を精を出して相勤め、細々と
心を付けて諸方面へも良く申し談じて融通を取り計らい、五年以前の
辰年十月より巳の正月へ比較して、去る十月より
当正月までの御入用を少なからず減少させたことにつき
御褒美として金一両を下し置かれた旨を
仰せ出された事
一 同年九月、この度

making it difficult to provide regular stipends for someone of such junior status,
as expense assistance was provided an interest-free loan, and from this year onward annually for the goyōnin office
