拝礼相勤途中御調儀御用等も在之
二月十日帰着仕候事
一 同年三月此度伊勢江之御使無滞相勤
御勘定等をも相遂候ニ付為御祝儀金弐百
疋被下置候事
一 同年四月 御在府中御用繫多之
所骨折精出相勤候ニ付金三分被下置
候事
一 同年九月勤方ニ付差支も在之由ニ候
得ハ物書兼務御免被成本務一と通ニ被
仰付之旨被 仰出候事

貞昭様御用無滞相勤候ニ付於
御部屋銀三両被下置候事
一 同月数年精出宜相勤候ニ付只今迄之
御役料之外ニ御切符金壱両御役料被
下置候事

良徳院様御用向年中引通日々細々
之儀迄心を懸相勤候ニ付従
現代語訳
拝礼を相勤め、途中で御調査の御用等もあり、
二月十日に帰着いたした事
一 同年三月 この度の伊勢への御使いを滞りなく相勤め、
御勘定等をも相遂げたことにつき御祝儀として金二百
疋を下し置かれた事
一 同年四月 御在府中御用が繁多の
ところ骨折り精を出して相勤めたことにつき金三分を下し置かれた
事
一 同年九月 勤務方について差し支えもあるということで
あれば物書き兼務を御免になり本務一通りに
仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された事
一 同年十二月
貞昭様の御用を滞りなく相勤めたことにつき
御部屋において銀三両を下し置かれた事
一 同月 数年精を出して良く相勤めたことにつき、只今までの
御役料の外に御切符金一両を御役料として下し

Performed worship ceremonies, and during the journey there were also official duties for investigations,
returned on the 10th day of the 2nd month

was granted as congratulatory money

for working hard with dedication, three bu of gold was granted

was relieved of concurrent writing duties and appointed
to focus solely on main duties

for serving Lord Sadaaki's duties without incident,
three ryō of silver was granted in his chambers

the current official stipend, one ryō of gold voucher was granted
as additional official stipend
