現代語訳
勤労を致し、よく相勤めるので、併せて功績が抜群で格別の理由により、御近習一之より寄合席に昇格させられた事
一 同二寅年（文化3年・1806年）正月、御長屋割御用を任され、且つ御普請方御用掛として相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同年四月、この度の掛り御用のため会津表へ立ち帰り罷り下るよう仰せ付けられ、矢島傳蔵と一同で御内用向取調のため田中三郎兵衛殿と一同で江戸表より出立し会津表へ罷り下り、御用相済み五月十五日に上着した事
一 同年十月、当年四月中の不時の御用のため罷り下った節、出精して相勤め臨時の勤労を致したので、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた事

Having performed his duties diligently and served well, and with his achievements being outstanding and for special reasons, he was promoted from御近習一之 (First-rank Personal Attendant) to 寄合席 (Assembly Seat status).
One entry: In the first month of Bunka 3, Year of the Tiger (1806), he was assigned to長屋割御用 (Tenement Allocation Affairs) and ordered to serve as an official in charge of construction affairs.
One entry: In the fourth month of the same year, for the current administrative duties, he was ordered to return to Aizu domain. Together with Yajima Denzō and others for internal affairs investigation, he departed from Edo with Tanaka Saburōbei and others, went down to Aizu domain, completed his duties, and arrived back on the fifteenth day of the fifth month.
