一 同四卯年四月先達而忰尚蔵病死
仕候ニ付矢村源四郎二男永学養子ニ
仕度旨被任願候事罷出労費も
在之由ニ付費補金三分被下置候

ニ付 御名御印形御老中様御裏印
之御証文中田御関所江被遣候ニ付持参
仕御関所江差出右御鉄砲房川渡船之

現代語訳
一 同四卯年（文化4年・1807年）四月、先日息子の尚蔵が病死したので、矢村源四郎の二男永学を養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された事、出向いた際の労費もあったので、費用補助として金三分を下し置かれた事
一 同月、この度会津へ御鉄砲を差し下されるにあたり、御名御印形、御老中様の御裏印の御証文を中田御関所へ遣わされるので持参し、御関所へ差し出し、右の御鉄砲を房川の渡船の上で立ち戻るよう仰せ付けられ、同月二十三日に江戸表より出立し、同二十四日に御関所へ御証文を差し出し改めが相済んだ後、御鉄砲を差し立て同二十五日に帰着した
但し費用補助として金五百疋を下し置かれた事
一 同六巳年（文化6年・1809年）正月、数年間精励して相勤め、掛かりの御用筋並びに臨時の御用共に心を尽くしたので、これまでの御役料の外に五石の御役料を下し置かれた事
一 同月、御内用のため労費もあったので、費用補助として金三分を下し置かれた事

One entry: In the fourth month of Bunka 4, Year of the Rabbit (1807), since his son Naozō had recently died of illness, he petitioned to adopt Eigaku, the second son of Yajima Genshirō, as his heir, which was granted. Since there were also labor expenses for going out, he was granted 3 bu in gold as expense compensation.
One entry: In the same month, when firearms were to be sent down to Aizu this time, official documents bearing the lord's name and seal and countersigned by the Senior Councilors were to be sent to Nakata Checkpoint, so he carried them and presented them to the checkpoint. He was ordered to transport the said firearms and return via ferry at Bōkawa. He departed from Edo on the 23rd of the same month, presented the official documents to the checkpoint on the 24th, and after the inspection was completed, he dispatched the firearms and returned on the 25th.
Note: He was granted 500 mon in gold as expense compensation.
One entry: In the first month of Bunka 6, Year of the Snake (1809), having served diligently for several years and devoted himself wholeheartedly to both his assigned duties and emergency tasks, he was granted an additional stipend of 5 koku beyond his previous role stipend.
