一、寛政三亥年（1791年）十二月、常詰御用所御雇いに
　　仰せ付けられた件

一、同四子年（1792年）閏二月、精励して勤めているので骨折料として
　　金二両ずつ年々下される件

一、同五丑年（1793年）十一月、御雇いとして精励して勤めているので
　　【○御切符　と朱書】【弐を消して　三と朱書】【扶持の下に　○内三分と朱書】
　　三両二分二人扶持の御役料を下され、
　　常詰御用所役人に召し出された件

一、同七卯年（1795年）四月、しばらくの間一人で骨折して
　　精励して勤めているので御褒美として銀子一枚を
　　下される件

一、同九巳年（1797年）八月三日、二十四歳で病死、法名は
　　賢院覚誉座円居士、葬所は成覚寺

権蔵重厚《初名は辰吉、又は永学｜寛政八辰年（1796年）八月朔日誕生》　
　実は矢村源四郎重啓の二男
　妻は辻臨右衛門元定の女

一、文化八未年（1811年）三月、不時の節の御手元備え
　　甲士勤に仰せ付けられた件

一、同九申年（1812年）八月、親が年来繁多な御役場で

1. Kansei 3, Year of the Boar (1791), 12th month:
Appointed as a regular employed clerk at the administrative office.

2. Kansei 4, Year of the Rat (1792), intercalary 2nd month:
For diligent service, granted an annual bonus of 2 ryō of gold as compensation for hard work.

3. Kansei 5, Year of the Ox (1793), 11th month:
For diligent service as an employed clerk,
[Red notation: ○御切符] [Red correction: 弐 crossed out, replaced with 三] [Red addition below 扶持: ○内三分]
granted an official salary of 3 ryō 2 bu and stipend for 2 retainers,
and promoted to regular administrative office clerk.

4. Kansei 7, Year of the Rabbit (1795), 4th month:
For working diligently alone for a period of time,
rewarded with one piece of silver as commendation.

5. Kansei 9, Year of the Snake (1797), 8th month, 3rd day:
Died of illness at age 24. Posthumous Buddhist name: Ken-in Kaku-yo Zaen Koji. Burial place: Seikaku-ji Temple.

2. Bunka 9, Year of the Monkey (1812), 8th month:
His father having served many years in busy official positions
