現代語訳

精励して勤めている者であるので、格別の理由をもって御用所
組頭並びに御用所役人たちが願い出た通り、初めての
御目見を仰せ付けられた件

一、同十酉年（1813年）三月、弓術締め方勤に
　　仰せ付けられた件

一、同年四月、外様士定御雇いに仰せ付けられ、
　　同十月中まで引き続き勤めた件

一、同年五月、御目見を仰せ上げられるにつき、
　　外様士定御雇いの者の着服等に心を付けて
　　勤める義務があるので費用補助として金二両を下された件

一、同年十二月、御任官御当日の右御礼を
　　仰せ上げられた節ともに、外様士定御雇いに
　　仰せ付けられ勤めているので着服補助として金二両を下され
　　た件

一、同十二亥年（1814年）五月、学館締め方並びに句読師の
　　任役を仰せ付けられ、同十月中まで勤めた件

一、同十三子年（1815年）九月、馬術締め方に
　　仰せ付けられた件

一、同十四丑年（1816年）八月、親の願いの通り御擬作を
　　召し上げられ、御擬作の内二石を減じて十三石四人扶持

英語訳

Being one who serves with diligence, by special consideration and as requested by the administrative office group leaders and administrative office clerks, granted his first formal audience.

1. Bunka 10, Year of the Rooster (1813), 3rd month:
Appointed to archery supervisor duties.

2. Same year, 4th month:
Appointed as a regular employed retainer for outer domain warriors, continuing to serve until the end of the 10th month of the same year.

3. Same year, 5th month:
As he was granted a formal audience, and since those employed as outer domain warrior retainers must pay attention to their clothing and serve accordingly, granted 2 ryō of gold as expense supplement.

4. Same year, 12th month:
On the day of official appointment and when expressing gratitude for it, as he was appointed and serving as a regular employed retainer for outer domain warriors, granted 2 ryō of gold as clothing supplement.

5. Bunka 12, Year of the Boar (1814), 5th month:
Appointed to the positions of school supervisor and reading instructor, serving until the end of the 10th month.

6. Bunka 13, Year of the Rat (1815), 9th month:
Appointed to equestrian arts supervisor.

7. Bunka 14, Year of the Ox (1816), 8th month:
As per his father's petition, his provisional stipend was recalled, and from the provisional stipend, 2 koku was reduced, making it 13 koku with stipend for 4 retainers.
