実は高見澤四右衛門采女
一 寛文8年（1668）申年8月、幼少につきオナサに10人扶持を下され、組外之士に仰せ付けられたこと
一 同10年（1670）戌年9月、石彦様の御小姓に仰せ付けられ、6両と10人扶持に成し下されたこと
一 同12年（1672）子年8月、土津様の御小姓を仰せ付けられ、金2両2分の御加増を下され、都合8両2分10人
