現代語訳
扶持に成し下されたこと
一 延宝3年（1675）卯年5月、元服の上、御供番を仰せ付けられた
ただし先努以来勤番立帰等にて11度江戸表へ罷り登った趣にあるところ詳細は不明であること
一 貞享4年（1687）卯年4月、御上京につき御供を仰せ付けられたこと
一 元禄6年（1693）酉年2月、願いの通り当務を御免成され、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、一瀬伝兵衛組に入り、御城御番を相勤めたこと
一 同8年（1695）亥年7月、頭一瀬伝兵衛の願いの通り御役を成し御免、諸御役原田伊予組に罷り成ったこと
一 正徳元年（1711）卯年9月、御譜代の者でその上年来相勤めた者の儀であるから、忰平兵衛は御序の節に御目見を仰せ付けられるべき旨を仰せ出されたこと
一 享保元年（1716）申年10月、願いの通り御擬
