一 同4年（1739）未年6月、頭の願いの通り、息子平蔵の初めてのお目見えを仰せ付けられたこと
一 寛保2年（1742）戌年12月、城番勤務を20年間無怠惰で相勤めた段を仰せ出されたこと
一 延享元年（1744）子年6月、願いの通り息子平蔵に番代を仰せ付けられたこと
一 同3年（1746）寅年8月9日、65歳にて病死。法名清嶽幽浄信士、葬所は同上

- In the 1st year of Genbun (1736), the 4th month, a petition was submitted requesting to make Heizō, the second adopted son of Mochizuki Shinbei, a son-in-law and adopted heir.
- In the 4th year of the same era (1739), the 6th month, as requested by the head, his son Heizō was granted his first audience with the lord.
- In the 2nd year of Kanpō (1742), the 12th month, it was proclaimed that he had served castle guard duty for twenty years without negligence.
- In the 1st year of Enkyō (1744), the 6th month, as requested, his son Heizō was appointed as his replacement guard.
- In the 3rd year of the same era (1746), the 8th month, 9th day, he died of illness at age 65. His posthumous Buddhist name was Seigaku Yūjō Shinji, buried in the same place as mentioned above.
