罷登翌酉三月罷下候事
一 同三酉年八月御入用無之無役
被 仰付只今迄之席ニ而被差
置追而相応之御役儀可被
仰付候是迄精出相勤候ニ付為御
褒美絹弐疋被下置御情ニ小普請
料御免被成候旨被 仰出候
但只今迄之通御供番頭支配に
被成置候事
一 同七丑年正月御供番被 仰付
並之御擬作廿五石四人扶持ニ被

一 同年四月為勤番江戸表江罷

一 同年八月御老中様方御招請
ニ付御給仕被 仰付候

現代語訳
上り、翌酉年3月に帰国したこと
一 同3年（1753）酉年8月、御入用が無いため無役を仰せ付けられ、今まで通りの席に差し置かれ、追って相応の御役儀を仰せ付けられる予定である。これまで精を出して勤めたことに対する御褒美として絹2疋を下し置かれ、御情けにより小普請料を御免になった旨を仰せ出されたこと
ただし今まで通り御供番頭支配に置かれたこと
一 同7年（1757）丑年正月、御供番を仰せ付けられ、並の御擬作25石4人扶持に成し下されたこと
一 同年4月、勤番のため江戸表へ上ったこと
一 同年8月、御老中様方の御招請に付き御給仕を仰せ付けられたこと
ただし右の御給仕を両度仰せ付けられたため、毎度服代を下し置かれ、追って御酒を下されたこと
一 同年12月、陣中で不参なく精勤し

went up [to Edo], and returned in the 3rd month of the following year of the Rooster.
- In the 3rd year (1753), 8th month, due to no need for expenses, he was appointed to a position without duties, was kept in his current seat, and was to be appointed to an appropriate official position later. As a reward for his diligent service thus far, he was granted 2 bolts of silk, and out of benevolence was exempted from kobushin fees, as announced.
However, he remained under the command of the attendant guard captain as before.
- In the 7th year (1757), 1st month, he was appointed as attendant guard with a regular stipend of 25 koku and 4 persons' support.
- In the 4th month of the same year, he went up to Edo for guard duty.
- In the 8th month of the same year, he was appointed to serve at the invitation of the Senior Councilors.
However, since he was appointed to this service twice, he was granted clothing allowances each time, and sake was bestowed upon him later.
