右門ニ得頼江野佐治右衛門安藤勝右衛門

次郎方ゟ借受候金子之内外ヘ致才
判候金子をも右門内証ヘ差向候由之
処都而是迄展転之之申口共有之
兵次郎鳴乱心躰ニ紙面取扱相認
候上ハ兵次郎所持之金子見込候而
之取斗ニ可有之哉と不審難遁
士ニ不似合所為芳以不届之至候条御
暇被下御国退去被 仰付候事

一 同四子年十一月自作邦伽羅油
捌方御用被 仰付候事

囲い入れ置きたく候間、親類共へ相回り候様、右門に得頼、江野佐治右衛門・安藤勝右衛門方へ申し談じ候所、実は四日の夜中兵次郎立ち帰り候儀を日並相連に申し達し、将又兵次郎方より借り受け候金子の内、外へ才判を致し候金子をも右門内証へ差し向け候由の処、都て是迄展転の申し口共これあり、兵次郎鳴乱心体に紙面取扱相認め候上は、兵次郎所持の金子見込み候ての取り斗いに有るべきやと不審遁れ難く、
士に似合わざる所為、芳に不届の至り候条、御暇を下され御国退去を仰せ付けられ候事
一 寛政2年（1790）戌年7月、願いの通り御国帰住御免成し下され候事
一 同4年（1792）子年11月、自作邦伽羅油捌き方御用を仰せ付けられ候事

英語訳
wishing to confine [her], and requesting that [the matter] be communicated to relatives, Umon was asked to consult with Eno Sajiemon and Andō Katsuemon. In reality, it was reported that Heijirō had returned on the night of the 4th, and furthermore, of the money borrowed from Heijirō's side, money that had been used for external transactions was also directed to Umon's private affairs. Given that there have been various evasive explanations up to this point, and considering Heijirō's disturbed mental state as recorded in the documents, there arose unavoidable suspicion that this was a scheme targeting the money in Heijirō's possession.
This behavior being unbecoming of a samurai and extremely inappropriate, he was granted leave and ordered to retire from the domain.
One: In the 7th month of Kansei 2 (1790), year of the Dog, as petitioned, he was granted permission to return and reside in the domain.
One: In the 11th month of Kansei 4 (1792), year of the Rat, he was appointed to oversee the sale of domestically produced aloe oil.
One: On the 22nd day, 12th month of Bunka 5 (1808), year of the Dragon, he died of illness at age fifty. Buddhist name: Shinan Heikyū Koji. Burial site: same as above.
