一 延宝四年辰年十月、江戸勤番のため上京し、翌巳年四月に帰国した事
一 同六年午年十二月、跡式知行二百五十石を相違なく下し置かれた事
一 同七年未年四月、頭の神保茂左衛門が役を免ぜられたため、跡役として井深四郎兵衛組に配属された事
一 天和二年戌年六月、頭の井深四郎兵衛が追放を申し付けられたため、跡役として菅野権兵衛組に配属された事
一 元禄四年未年十月、御目付を申し付けられたところ、両足が痛んで御目付役を勤めることが困難になったため、御請けを申し上げずに済み、御詫びを申し上げたところ、願いの通り免職にしていただいた事
一 同十四年巳年六月、願いの通り息子九郎右衛門が御番代を申し付けられた事
一 享保三年戌年十一月十三日、六十九歳にて病死。法名は融誉覚円居士。葬所は同上（小舘山城安寺）

• Enpō 4, Year of the Dragon (1676), 10th month: Went up to Edo for guard duty service, returning in the 4th month of the following Year of the Snake.
• Same 6th year, Year of the Horse (1678), 12th month: Was granted the hereditary stipend of 250 koku without any changes.
• Same 7th year, Year of the Sheep (1679), 4th month: When the head Jinbo Mozaemon was relieved of his duties, he was transferred to Ibuka Shirōbei's unit as successor.
• Tennā 2, Year of the Dog (1682), 6th month: When the head Ibuka Shirōbei was ordered into exile, he was transferred to Kanno Gonbei's unit as successor.
• Genroku 4, Year of the Sheep (1691), 10th month: When appointed as inspector (metsuke), both his legs were in pain and he could not properly perform the inspector duties, so he did not formally accept the appointment and apologized, whereupon he was relieved of the position as requested.
• Same 14th year, Year of the Snake (1701), 6th month: As requested, his son Kurōemon was appointed as guard replacement.
• Kyōhō 3, Year of the Dog (1718), 11th month, 13th day: Died of illness at age 69. Buddhist posthumous name: Yū'yo Kakuen Koji. Burial site: same as above (Jōan-ji Temple on Mt. Kodate).
